Breaking Down The New US Senate Crypto Bill | Crypto News

In this video, I talk about the recently introduced US Senate Crypto Bill called the Lummis-Gillibrand Responsible Financial Innovation Act or RFIA for short. The bipartisan bill was proposed by Senator Cynthia M. Lummis a republican from Wyoming and Kirsten Gillibrand a New York Democrat, hence the name.

The new bill introduces new regulations, definitions, and clear guidelines for cryptocurrencies within the United States. Most of which would be regulated under the CFTC rather than the SEC if this bill were to pass in or close to its current state.
